How is shipping calculated?TOP Moxie currently utilizes Royal Mail standard parcel rates for shipping, meaning that all orders within the UK or Europe start at just £3.95 plus a small handling charge. After that, prices increase according to weight tables.

My X perfume smells like Y! Why?!TOP The very nature of perfume causes it to morph on the skin. Everyone's chemistry is different, and you may 'amp' one note over another. Moxie only sells high-grade perfume oils, which are never diluted with alcohol or any other skin-drying agent. Perfume oils are long lasting, and give off a pleasant 'throw', or personal aura of scent. Try a few, we're certain that you'll find some new favourites!
Do you accept returns?TOP Sadly, due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns.
What are your hours of operation?TOP Moxie is currently open five days a week, Monday through Friday. Mail drops are twice a week.
We will endeavour to field emails and process orders as quickly as possible! While orders will be accepted outside of business hours, they will not be processed until our following business day.
